Chair Janette Palmer called the meeting of the Molalla River School District Board of
Education to order at 6:40 p.m. and established that a quorum was present

The purpose of this meeting is to allow the Board of Education to consider records that are exempt from disclosure under ORS 192.660, section 1:

(a) -Personnel The Board reviewed the Personnel Report as presented

(b) - Complaints

Meeting recessed into open session at 7:20 p.m.

The executive session reconvened at 9:10 p.m. and continued with the discussion.   Pam Monte
and Kathy Nickoloff were not present.

Adjourn
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 10:55 p.m.
